Current register
The edition originally labelled ministry figures as reported on 24 September without stating that the ministry bulletin had been published on 15 September. The edition now gives both dates, links the original bulletin and adds its interest-payment and one-year maturity indicators. The headline debt stock remains unchanged. Read the amended section →
No other substantive correction is recorded in this register for the published Daily editions of 21–26 September, Governance Research Brief Editions 1–4 or Climate Across Systems Editions 1–3. The climate preparedness record maintains its own dated revision history.
What is recorded
A correction note states what was wrong, what changed, when it changed and, where material, how the change affects the analysis. Substantive additions made after publication are labelled as amendments. Quiet corrections are limited to typography, formatting and link maintenance that do not alter meaning.
Raise a correction or right of reply
Identify the exact sentence or graphic, the edition and the supporting source. Submit it through the corrections form. A person or institution materially discussed may use the right-of-reply route. Receipt does not guarantee agreement, but every evidenced claim is assessed against the published source standard.
Review standard
The author edits the publication and remains responsible for its claims. External specialists may be consulted where necessary, but editions are not described as peer reviewed unless an identified review process has occurred.
